NOTICE OF GENERAL ASSEMBLY

When: February 19, 2012      
            11:00 am start of registration
Where: Bren Z. Guiao Convention Center Pampanga

2.    Developmental Plans - CEO
3.    Report of Chairman of the board
4.    Report of External auditor
5.    Declaration of Dividend and Patronage Refund
6.    Election of Directors and committee members
7.    Others

IMPORTANT NOTICES

1.    Only members in good standing can vote and be elected for directors and committee members.
2.    Food will NOT be served during the assembly. Instead allowance of P250 will be given for regular members and P150 for associate members. Please bring your own BAON for afternoon snacks and dinner. Please eat lunch before going to assembly.
3.    Candidacy forms are available at our offices for members who wish to run for elective positions.
4.    Deadline for filing of candidacy is Feb. 12, 2012
5.    Campaign period is Feb. 13 – Feb. 18, 2012
